Turin, Monday 28th October 2024. – Italy’s Do IT Systems, HPCNow!’s entities in Spain and New Zealand, and Do IT Now France and Germany, are thrilled to announce a major development in the High Performance Computing (HPC) sector, their merger into a single, unified entity under the Do IT Now Group (www.doitnowgroup.com) which will include: Do IT Now Italy (formerly Do IT Systems), Do IT Now Spain (formerly HPCNow!), Do IT Now France, Do IT Now Germany, Do IT Now New Zealand. This strategic move streamlines Do IT Now’s global presence and enhances its ability to serve clients with greater efficiency and impact.  

The merger positions Do IT Now as a leading player in the HPC and AI sectors. It will also enhance Do IT Now’s role as a strategic partner for enterprises ranging from multinationals to regional SMEs, as well as OEMs and ISVs operating in the HPC sector, extending its reach beyond EMEA into the Asia-Pacific region. The merger will also strengthen Do IT Now’s capabilities, deepening its involvement in emerging fields such as AI and quantum computing.  

By leveraging its expertise in storage, AI and cloud technologies, alongside its specialized support in on-premises services, Do IT Now is well positioned to drive innovation further and address clients’ evolving needs.   

In a joint statement, Roberto Minelli, CEO of Do IT Systems, and David Tur, CEO of HPCNow! Spain, emphasized how the merger will expand the companies’ influence in the HPC and AI markets, strengthening the overall position of the Do IT Now Group.
