Barcelona, Wednesday 12th February 2025. – The new edition of the HPC Knowledge Portal Annual Meeting (HPCKP) will be organized from 3rd to 5th June 2025, in Barcelona (Spain) by Do IT Now. This event is a key global conference for High Performance Computing, that gathers top experts in this field.
High-Performance Computing experts are encouraged to submit proposals for Presentations and Tutorials to be given during the conference.
We would like to cover all areas of interest in HPC, AI and Quantum Science. For this reason, we encourage to submit presentations or tutorials related to these fields.
Proposal Submission
All proposals must be submitted as a single pdf file by 28 April 2025, including:
- Contact information
- An abstract (maximum 200 word)
- Only for tutorials: a detailed description of the tutorial content (maximum 2 pages) containing:

- Targeted audience
- Content level (split into beginner, intermediate, advanced)
- Audience prerequisites
- Detailed outline (maximum 1 page)

Registration for participation in-person and online is also open through this link. Tickets are free but registration is required.
